The third and final episode of the Webinar Series on Productivity and Quality Frameworks in the Public Sector aims to share the best practices, lessons learned, and future plans of the Philippine Heart Center (PHC) in gearing towards a better normal by implementing productivity and quality frameworks. Dr. Juliet J. Balderas is currently the Head of the Management Services Department of the PHC, a recipient of the Philippine Quality Award for Performance Excellence on Mastery of Quality Management in 2018.
