Improving Public Sector Productivity through Total Quality Management and Business Excellence

The second episode of the Webinar Series on Productivity and Quality Frameworks in the Public Sector aims to raise the participant’s awareness of Total Quality Management and Business Excellence to further improve public sector productivity. Dr. Ralph Corpuz is currently a consultant of the DAP Productivity and Development Center and a Director of Quality Assurance and Research & Development at the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP). He has extensive expertise in quality management and technology management.
