General Description

The #SanaAll Pag-ibig shall enable members and employers to experience a more convenient transaction. It aims to make members aware of the various benefits and facilities that HDMF offers.

Project Background

The Home Development Mutual Fund, more popularly known as the Pag-IBIG Fund, is a Philippine government-owned and controlled corporation responsible for the administration of the national savings program and affordable shelter financing for Filipinos employed by local and foreign-based employers as well as voluntary and self-employed members. It offers its members short-term loans and access to housing programs. Currently, each servicing branch handles more than 2000 transactions per day which results to long queues and long client waiting time. Another issue is the infrequent document submission of employers to the branch which leads to pile-up of requests. Processing time also takes time because of the manual encoding process. Given all of these issues, the Innovation Team generated several ideas and insights to address the challenge:  How might we provide accessible Pag-IBIG services for members and employers so that they can experience convenient, hassle-free, and fast transactions. 

The team combined ideas and further processed the insights, until they came up with #SanaAllPag-IBIG.
