Over the past few years, the Asian Productivity Organization (APO) has increasingly recognized the important role of public sector organizations and need to improve their productivity in public service delivery. In many APO-member countries, National Productivity Organizations (NPOs) also witnessed the growing demand from public for more efficient and better quality of public services.
